I. Qualifications of the Foreign Teachers
1. The foreign teachers must be English, Korean or Japanese native speakers.
2. The foreign teachers must hold a bachelor’s or higher degree.
3. The foreign teachers must have over-2-year teaching experience.
4. Subjects for foreign teachers: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Literature, Culture and etc. in English, Korean or Japanese respectively.
5. The foreign teachers must be under 60 years old.
6. The foreign teachers must be physically and mentally healthy. The foreign teachers must buy insurance covering serious diseases before coming to China.
7. Documents required:
1) a copy of health examination report
2) a copy of passport
3) a copy of the last degree
4) 2 recommendation letters
5) CV (including Education and working experiences)
6) the other relevant certificates for teaching
7) photos (includes the digital one)
II. Conditions Offered to Foreign Teachers
1.The monthly salary for the foreign teachers range from 4000 to 5000 RMB, judging by their degree and teaching experiences. Foreign teachers will be paid by 2200 yuan RMB as travel allowance if they finish an academic year teaching. A round way air ticket will be offered to the foreign teachers after an academic year teaching.
2. DNU offers the foreign teacher an apartment well equipped with color TV, refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, computer, telephone and microwave oven, internet, etc.
3. Foreign teachers enjoy the same holidays as Chinese teachers.
4. DNU pays the apartment rent, and the fees for water, power, gas and internet for the foreign teachers. The extra will be paid by the foreign teachers themselves.
5. DNU offers the free lunch for every working day.
