蒙月月

简介:

蒙月月,女,1992年,毛南族,讲师。共发表各类论文9篇,其中SCI论文6篇。主要研究方向:食品蛋白质的改性及其功能性质研究;蛋白质与植物活性成分之间的相互作用研究。
