工作和学习经历：

2002-至今      大连民族学院化工系从事教学和科研工作

2004-2007      中国科学院大连化学物理所有机化学博士后

1999-2002      大连理工大学精细化工国家重点实验室应用化学专业获工学博士学位

研究方向：

主要从事有机合成，均相络合催化，以及纳米金属粉末的制备，纳米粉末的应用开发（包括含银牙膏、纳米金造影剂、纳米钯碳催化剂、不粘锅纳米Ag/Teflon涂层、纳米银导电胶等产品的研发）。

个人简介：

基础理论知识扎实，知识面广，环境适应能力强。

责任感强，工作勤奋，富于创新精神。

Introduction：

Extensive experience with organic synthesis and catalysis and nano metal powder’s preparation, and characterization of small molecules.

Proficient in the synthesis of organometallic compounds and the study of their stability and catalytic properties, as well as techniques for handling air-sensitive materials.

Thorough knowledge of the acquisition and interpretation of data for the analysis of organic, polymer, and organometallic compounds utilizing ¹H, ¹³C, ³¹P-NMR, FT-IR, GC, MS and UV-Vis.

科研项目：

参与国家基金项目3项，主持省级项目1项，主持和参与中国石油化工股份有限公司重点项目各一项，校级项目数项。
