International Cultural Exchange Institute of Dalian Nationalities University recruits international students and overseas Chinese from across the world. We are Chinese partner for Edenze Colleges, New Zealand in jointly building Confucius Class. We have received over 3000 international students and overseas Chinese from over 30 countries and regions since the founding in 1999. Nearly a hundred students continue onto their undergraduate study in approximately 43 subjects including Chinese literature and culture, foreign languages, law, industrial design, international trade and electronic engineering. Our alumni have been contributing their knowledge and experience to important economic, educational and cultural circles worldwide. We have been actively involved in building cooperative relations with over 50 universities, research organizations and enterprises from 11 countries and regions including South Korea, Japan, Canada, U.S.A, New Zealand, Britain, Australia, Turkey, Russia, Denmark and Taiwan.
We have built an appropriately-structured teaching workforce with strong academic ability, advanced teaching techniques as well as professional experience and perspectives. With teaching Chinese as second language and international Chinese promotion as our central work, we have formed an education model complimented by various language training programs. We offer needs-based tailored courses and short-term immersion programs with business, trade, travel and culture contents built in for summer & winter vocation group students, foreign enterprises and individuals. Our programs produce positive educational and social impact.
We provide students with various forms of extracurricular activities as well as organize regular cultural study tour and language practice activities. Our students not only progress in their Chinese but also develop a better understanding of China’s history, cultural and current Chinese society.
